Simulaids Amputated Bleeding Leg for use with SMART STAT Patient Simulators. You can replace the right leg of the SMART STAT Patient Simulator with the Amputated Bleeding leg. Simply attach the blood supply line of the leg to the knee of the SMART STAT manikin. The instructor controls the blood flow by using the "Venous Blood Flow" on the Pocket PC that comes with the SMART STAT Simulator.

The SMART STAT Simulator holds 500cc of simulated blood for use with the Amputated Bleeding Leg. A trainee can arrest the bleeding with a properly applied tourniquet
